In a few main roads in b'lore, small cabin like structures, built by the municipal authorities called 'cobbler kiosks' are in place (word kiosk written in bold black letters on a yellow bckgnd). But none of the 'cobbler kiosks' are occupied yet. Guess use of words like kiosk, scared away the cobblers. ...uhmmm yet another example of how meaningless comments can be bigger than the blog itself ..;-)
